Basement is a walk out, it looks differently as i've moved dirt out of there to build up around the house.
We used this Merflex 3000 or 5000 stuff that looks like tar but isn't, it stretches and never fully hardens or something.
Also there is a storm cellar in the basement.
Garage will be 30x38 w/ 8ft low head room doors x 10ft wide, insulated, belt drive openers, 3/4hp.
