Adrian and Houghton muck here. Higher CEC needs more fertilizer and chemicals. I would plan on a two pass program since the OM ties up the chemical. Beans will do ok, the problems being the top few inches of soil is where beans grow and that can dry up quick and they need a couple passes of manganese.
