I recently got a Weber BIG EASY infra red cooker. Did a most excellent job with turkey, easiest way I ever cooked a bird. Mine is gas, but think they make electric also.
agreed. a very versatile cooker that frys a turkey using infrared. Tastes just like a fried one! can use for all meats and does a great job. love it!
