Should be able to handle it with a bobcat (like a 180 or larger).
I move my empty (well 5% left in it) 1000 gal with my cat 247B
If nothing else, pick up one end with the skidsteer and back trailer under it, then pick up other end and slide it on . . . . . Bring some plake pieces, it helps to slide the tank feet on the trailer bed, if needed.
