South Carolina
We have done all our acres with the veris machine. The zones are very reflective of the different soil types in the field. Our fields may have 5 different soil types all on the same pass. We have found it a excellent tool for taking soil samples and doing variable rate applications.
We tried grid sampling first, but I like the veris maps much better. I do the planting and combining and know the the land very well and can honestly say the veris map zones match the soils I know are there, from that light piece of dirt that never does much to the loamy part and then that bottom that always does well.
The veris info is good by itself but no doubt yield maps and any other data stacked on it would only give you a better picture of what is going on.
