SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ | Remember compared to an elevator the E-plants are making big bucks on the crush now so they can afford to subsidize the buy. I'm sure they sell out of the money puts and calls to also fund it.. Many get to greedy and don't cash in there upside, so they keep the .15 or .20 in that situation. Remember many on here say most options expire worthless LOL
I like to play the basis with these contracts, sell on a narrow basis and then if the price goes up the basis widens giving one more on paper than the physical.Doesn't always work that way but one must remember your price has a floor with unlimited upside.
