Subject: RE: little off topic question

Chilliwack BC
We remove plastic twine when we grind large squares. The loader bucket is large enough to fit most of a bale in and it works alright. We're the only people I know that remove twine when grinding but we've bought 2 used tubgrinders and both of them have had plastic twine wrapped on EVERY shaft on the machine. Our neighbors have had a fire from this as well. And, we don't want a bunch of small pieces of twine in all our fields to wrap on all our other equipment. Sisal twine disintegrates and doesn't wrap so we don't remove it.
