North Central Iowa | If you have had heavy rootworm pressure and feeding on your VT3 and or Herculex , Don't plant Smartstax and or Herculex Xtra in that field thinking that will be enough. The two modes of action is not enough. I did yield checks using Counter 20G on Smartstax and Pioneer Herculex Extra. Should have used it on all.
Just doesn't seem right to have to pay for the extra protection and it still isn't a complete package to control rootworms. Im sure Amvac's new promo will prolly consist of "Buy it in the Box, not the Bag. SmartBox" :-) | |
