I am fully sold on continuous notill. however, It seems that it does take about 5-7 years here for the soil to get to the high level of performance for all crops, particularly corn, where the best conventional is. When I had a really good farmer ask me why he might want to sacrifice 25% of his farming career to get to where he already was, I guess I understood the reluctance to make the move
