above 8.2 Boron becomes a problem. This is required for fruiting crops particulary, as the fruits will be bent. e.g cucumbers.
Boron assists Calcium movement around the plant, so sometimes you may end up with a Ca deficiency in a tissue test due to a Boron Deficiency.
