Greenwood County, KS		Here is the website for topographic maps. The maps have lines every 10 ft of elevation, which is probably as good as you will find.

EDIT: The web soil website is probably the best for what you want to do. You can draw and AOI (area of interest) that is rectangular or use the box next to it and click as many points as needed to make the exact overlay. Very helpful website.
