Here is the website for topographic maps. The maps have lines every 10 ft of elevation, which is probably as good as you will find.

EDIT: The web soil website is probably the best for what you want to do. You can draw and AOI
(area of interest
) that is rectangular or use the box next to it and click as many points as needed to make the exact overlay. Very helpful website.
