Pittsburg, Kansas | Calling a land top would be a tough thing to do. Enough people will call it enough times over enough years that eventually someone will accidentally get it right and be a genius. For a person to call a land top, besides luck, he would have to know what the currency is going to do as far as valuation, how politicians are going to act (embargo's, trade wars, food prices "too high", regulatory burdens, etc., etc.), values of crop prices in relation to input costs, competition from foreign farms and probably a myriad of other things I can't even think of. If we go serious deflation and world wide turmoil it might be in a year or two. If we start to have serious inflation it probably will not come till the inflation is "busted". So many different variables, top calling in land.......... might as well just roll some dice. John
