My paperwork has been transferred to ADM, don't think money is necessarily transferred. This will take awhile to get sorted out. I have expressed confidence in the segregated account system... didn't think it could be compromised; obviously I was wrong. CFTC makes the rules, my understanding is that CME ultimately is responsible for day to day adherence to said rules. Also my understanding that CME is the ultimate backstop if a member defaults. The integrity (read TRUST) of the system is in the balance here... lets see who (if anyone) steps up to the plate.
