There were reasons why I told folks that I wouldn't be a buyer of BofA at $7. These were among them.

Now that they're pulling this crap, I don't feel irresponsible if I say "they're a dead man walking" in a public forum. 

BofA now appears (to me, at least) to be structuring for a BK under Chapter 11.
