Pat go and study Argentinian land prices in the arly 2000's as their banking system collapsed. Or just about any SA country. You will find it is entirely possible to have land make new highs and do it with 20 percent interest rates. FWIW That is my next big trade and I have waded in small and aas usual too early (interest rates). Gonna do it just like I did in the gold . Be in early and sit tight. Rates wil go up. Wouldnt bet that farmland goes down though
