| What something is worth' depend's on what it will produce at a certain price. What it will bring, depend's on how many folk's will ignore common sense and bid to own at any price it seem's. This isn't the first time this has happened, but I believe this is the worst out of line it has ever been. If you figure historic return's on investment and the effect of inflation over time thing's look a lot different.Guess what I want to say is if you borrow money on property and factor in inflation over a period of several years it doesn't leave as much profit as it seem's. Yep I know they ain't making anymore land, been hearing that for 50 year's but we haven't run out of land yet. Just sayin. | |
