Hertford, NC | I can very easily see (in the near future) where the EPA sees someone running a SP sprayer in dry conditions and views it as a violation of dust pollution rules as well as a clean water act violation since they are trying to say that even dry waterways and ditches are now "waters of the US" and as such are protected under the CWA. If something doesn't force them to change, they won't quit until they completely shut down all forms of commerce in this country. | |
