SE PA | I would suggest spraying a 1/2 pt of a 24-D product with gyphosate and no tilling the wheat into the radish, I've done this before and it worked great. Don't wait till freezing kills the radish (few consecutive nights in the teens) as that may not be till the end of the year. I tried just planting wheat (with no herbicide) and the radishes kept growing after drilling and smothered out the wheat. Here's a picture of what i did.
