Sometimes you are better off with the government not knowing what you are doing
And their "requirements " can be bizarre and end up costing you more money than doing a good enough job on your own.
I have made out real well on some deals- others I should have done it on my own
Neighbors got in real trouble as their operations were not up to snuff and had to go in and change ALOT- and then get registered. They sure wish they had left the free money alone :)
They were in water sheds and had creeks and branches running all thru their place. They had to put in buffers and fences and build collecting ridges. All for wanting a few free waterers :) | |
