Those look ready to go to me! Frost won't hurt the actual pumpkins but it will most likely kill off the plants. The stem on the pumpkins won't dry out and turn brown until you cut it or the plant dies. They will still finish turning deep orange if you cut them now and put them in a sunny spot on your porch.
