unless you are being sarcastic..here goes...Say you have a triangle shaped field. When you plant it, you come to a point on each corner. Without row shutoffs, you either dont plant the pie shaped piece in the corner(waste of land) or you plant the corner and whatever you double plant on each side of the planter(waste of seed). So the bigger the planter, the more waste there is, unless you install row shutoffs and possibly gps...Is what has kept the planters from being quite so big in my part of the world for so long. But I can buy a 12-30 planter for nearly the same money as a 6-30...
