Sandy Point, Texas, just south of Houston | Drove on State highway 71 yesterday from Austin back to my house. Just east of Bastrop on both sides of the road for 6 to eight miles made you just want to cry. Over 1500 homes destroyed. It is going to be along time for them to get there lives back. Having gone through Hurricane Ike several years ago I would rather go through a hurricane that what those people have gone through. Curt |
