twraska, I find just the opposite for us. Our old top loaders (had several of them) usually had to run Dave's work clothes through twice. Now we have two front loaders and Dave has his own for his bathroom and his work clothes and he never runs them through twice, he does have a really long cycle that he does use and it work, comes out clean. I remember the top loader especially with dark colors, they looked like they had white stuff all over them. I will never go back to a top loader. Not sure how the new top loaders are now, they look different then the kind I use to have.
What brand do you have? How old is it? Ours is a Maytag about 6 years old, top load was a GE large capacity. |
