Went to my aunt's today to bring some machinery home and she comes out with something wrapped up in a paper towel and waves me down. She hands it to me and wants me to try it. I ask what is it chicken? nope. Turkey? No. Goose? No. Duck? yes we have a winner. just butchered and fresh out of the roaster. Thigh and drumstick and oh my was it good!!
