I've never been to that site but I just today, finished canning about 27 pints out of our crock. I think this batch was the best I've made in years. My cousin sent me a recipe for some type of sauerkraut you make with hard cider. Sounded good but I haven't made it yet.
Has anyone tried Sauerkrautrecipes.com ?
