Hey Paul. Happy anniversary!  I hope Erin liked the steak - she deserves it! 

The Hereford association is getting more proactive in marketing CHB these days. I for one am tired of seeing "Angus" even on the burgers on the hot table at the Kwik Stop gas stations. I joke with the clerks that for all the diesel we buy there I expect to see some "Hereford Burgers" ;)

So how were the steaks?
