Orange County NY | I don`t see why it wouldn`t work. If your chopper is tuned up it will work fine. We have never purchased a single seed of the stuff but it seems to show up after a seeding has been down for 3 or 4 years. We use Reeds Canary with our alfalfa seedings. We chop it into tower silo.
We are mowing and merging right now and it is the only grass that is headed out. The alfalfa is just right because it has been so cold. We are about a week behind because of last weeks rain. If it warms up things will get rank fast. | |
