Yes I currently have a cow calf operation that calves in the spring. The 45ac that I am talking about was part of my grandfathers dairy farm, the farm currently has a excellant perimeter fence, along with 3 cattle waters that are located in good places for the pasture to be broke up into several. It also has a place for winter feeding and manure handling.
