Southwest Indiana | What is alfalfa worth standing in the field? I established and fertilized the first year.
Whats a fair price per ton, they have all the equipment and do all the work?
They want to continue next year so who pays for fertilizer?
Kinda droughty ground so don't want to stick them with cash rent. I'm willing to take some of the risk but i would also like the reward.
