What are you burning down? Soy stubble or corn stubble?? IMHO if you are burning down corn stubble any N you apply with the burn down will be tied up by the corn stalks. I've also heard it argued that 28% will decrease the effectiveness of RUp in a burn down situation, the 28% burns the leafs and decreases the uptake of RUp
