There is a lot a mixing with a belt conveyer, so your method may work well. But why not mount a cheap inoculator above the conveyer? We mounted one on the side of ours and wired it so that when the conveyer comes on, so does the Graphex. Every seed is coated, works perfect. Just calibrate the slide gate on the inoculator so that 1 bag of Graphex is used for every pro box of beans.
