Small spots, a backpack sprayer might work good, save running down a lot of beans . the hold 4 gallons, put in two gallons and it would be easy to carry and kill several patches of weeds, keep them from going to seed and not affect beans that arn't weedy. Small patch of weeds run through a combine can cover a big area next year. JMO
