This! A thousand times, this! It looks like they're trying to hide something, like a hangover.
If you'll allow me to get on my soapbox for a minute (and this goes for both men and women) - Whatever happened to looking classy? I'm not suggesting that everyone puts on their Sunday best to go to the grocery store, but are decent looking clothes too much to ask for? I'm definitely no fashion expert, but I know there are clothes that can make anyone look good. For example: ladies, if what you're wearing creates a condition known as "muffin top," it isn't right for you. And dudes, shave before going out. Maintaining 4 days' growth of facial stubble doesn't make you look tough or rugged, it makes you look lazy. Either man up and grow a proper mustache and/or beard, or shave it off completely.
