The cost of growing it is the same wether you are selling it for grain or feedin it to cattle, and those costs have gone up also as you know. I usually cut silage every yr to background cattle with, but oppurtunity cost is too high this year to cut, JMO. Still dont see why its insane when you think about the higher input costs and oppurtunity cost? | |
