Grand Rapids, MI | I have no idea what your point is here. Alan Lash has been involved in the agricultural accounting arena for a long time and is immensely knowledgeable and talented in this area. I beleive he is one of the handful in the industry that really understands how to do managerial accounting at the farm level.
These organizations recognize that and he has contributed a great amount. They should of course constantly be assesing the people they have working on their behalf, but you have certainly not provided one shred of evidence to cause any doubt that Alan Lash isn't exactly the right person for the job.
