No, especially not no-till. Irrigation would help, but assume you can't do that. Clearfield would help but I wouldnt' guarantee perfect results. Discover helps reduce but not eliminate barley. Seems to me Maverick was supposed to be pretty good but I have no experience, we don't use it due to extra long residuals.

The only way I can think of to guarantee no barley in the wheat next fall is not to plant wheat.
