Subject: 7.5" spacing versus 10" spacing

Riley County Kansas
I don't know if I'm posting this in the right forum. Just wanted to get some input on the pros and cons of a 7.5" drill compared to a 10" drill spacing. 10" drill is cheaper because of less openers and would be cheaper to replace opener blades when the time comes and also the wider spacing would also make the residue run through easier without plugging. One of the positives for the 7.5" spacing would be that the wheat would cover the row alot faster. Let me know if there is anything you guys have experienced either way. Thanks
