Thats what they are doing for the Poet cellulose ethanol plant at Emmetsburg,Iowa.They put stalk stompers on the combines also and go in same direction as the combine.Baling up mostly cobs and husks.They are getting about a ton per acre.Alot are using Vermeer 605SM cornstalk special balers with the power feeder and baling 12-14 mph.
