I think so. I used Buffalo for years, then sold it when we started notil. Years later had a grass breakout in some milo and bought a Hiniker 6000 to clean it up. Hadn't used it for a long time, but used it again this year. Buffalo can be rebuilt to new, Hiniker has some wear points that can't be fixed easily. Buffalo has new owners, but supposedly the cultivator is made the same. Either one can do a good job, I just like the way a Buffalo can be set up with fenders, rebuilt, etc, if it's a war on weeds.
