No real formula because they seem to differ som much throughout a field but 15 inch rows if you have a good stand of say at least 120k after you knock some down spraying and you have good pods more three bean than two. Take the number of pods per plant and that may land you in the ballpark if they fill out good. No exact science but usually pretty close.
