Subject: land for manure

I have liquid manure available for the cost of applying but catch is pits have to be emptyed every 2 months. It would be 3 parts dairy 1 part hog finishing manure. Question is what crops are the highest most consistant profit, something that comes off early so we can summer spread. Peas, sweet corn, winter wheat anything else ? what have u guys done that works the best ? thanks all this is in southern mn.
