I like the two gig of ram but the price seems a little high.  If you would be interested in a 17" laptop Office Depot has an HP for $499 after $200 rebate.  For the same specs you would need to add $110 and there is $30 shipping.

You might also check fatwallet.com for more deals.  Also I would rather have the new Intel core2duo chip instead of the AMD.  However that would not be a deal killer for me if I liked the laptop.
