NW Washington
Liquids must be in a bottle of 3.4 ounces or less (100 ml) and in a one quart zip lock bag.
The TSA rules and regulations are posted on the web. http://www.tsa.gov/311/index.shtm

The other day some young fellow in front of me tried to get though the TSA search and hassle with a 2 liter bottle of Maple syrup. I think it probably cost him 20 bucks to put it in his luggage and then check his bag. Made for some expensive syrup.
As we used to say in the Navy, 10% never get the word.
