Pocahontas, Ia | Using Internet Explorer, I have to click the black down arrow that is just to the right of the back & forward buttons. Then go down that list and click the page just below "Post a message" You will have to refresh in order to see your message.
Firefox lets you use the back button a few times or you can right click the back button and choose from the list.
