I've had the service for about 3 weeks now and its worked without interruption the whole time. Occasionally I have problems with certain websites not wanting to load. Speed check this morning shows 473Kb/s vs advertised 512. That's probably acceptable in my opinion.
I would recommend it for anybody switching from dial up who can't get DSL or reliable wireless.
