Anybody that has run equipment "for years" has a pretty good idea what it's going to take to do the job. To under estimate by that amount of money is a crazy. I know that fencerows
can be a challenge, but you estimate for the worst case and if it goes well you give the owner a break. He is trying to take advantage of your good nature.
