<p>Can't speak for the barb wire but our Amish neighbors run a clothes line to a pulley mounted several feet in the air and then back down to a convenient place to put the clothes on and then just run the clothes up the line. I'm talking a clothes line like you'd put out in your yard, just raised up fairly high on one end. That makes it easier to get them up in the wind better and might also keep them out of the dust a little better.</p><p> </p><p>Edit:   If I get a chance I'll take a picture of one and post it for you.</p>
