Yes, because we had a "regional" drought here in East Central Iowa in 2005. Biggest 1 year loss my dad ever took since he started farming in 1974. Nothing like getting a 50 cent LDP on half a crop and insurance didn't come close to covering costs that year. Thought that was Elwynn's prophecy coming true but he said it was just a regional event that following winter!
