Couple that with seed beds that would put your wifes garden to shame after 5 trips across with a roto tiller and you get even emergence
Lol and irrigation to keep it nice and moist and soft for emergence. Have something that mellow around here and one rain plus a bit of sunshine and you have a parking lot! Not gonna like the emergence on that one! lol
