I was offered $25 for a 25 minute (according to him) survey. I told him he would have to add some zeroes to that to make it worth my while and hung up. It was right in the middle of making supper and I didn't want to burn the pork patties on the grill or the Vidalias sauteing on the stove. Most of the time a 25 minute survey turns into double that and usually requires looking up a couple field records. For what they pay and the value of the information to the corporation conducting the survey I'd say the corporation is getting quite a bargain.
